Chris Carlson:   Chris is presently a Health Program Specialist with the SD Department of Health.  He manages a CDC funded grant awarded to the Public Health Laboratory. He earned his Master's degree in Microbiology from South Dakota State University in 1997.  He has taught Microbiology Lab several times including once at SDSU as a graduate student.  "I enjoy making people aware of the "unseen" world they encounter every day," he says.
