If you just want to take a class or two, you can simply fill out the correct registration form and fax it to CUC at 605-773-3020 to register.  For your registration to become active, the university offering the class through CUC must have your immunization form on file, so fax that form with your records in as well.

Non-degree seeking students are not eligible for financial aid,

AND must provide proof of two MMR vaccinations.

If the course requires a prerequisite, you must provide proof of taking the prerequisite course required.
