Because of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Capital University Center can not give student grades out over the phone.  The instructor will let the student know when he or she can expect those grades to be posted.  Students can then check WebAdvisor for their grades.

           Incomplete may be given if the student works with the instructor     to finish the course within the time limits set by the instructor.
