Greg Wendell has been an instructor at CUC since the fall of 2002. Greg graduated from University of South Dakota in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, a major in management, and an emphasis in economics. He continued his studies at USD and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2001. Greg is an active State Certified General real estate appraiser. In addition to running a real estate appraisal business and teaching management and economics courses at CUC, Greg has ten years previous experience in real estate property tax assessment in both the government and private sector. He also has a property manager’s license and a real estate sales associate license with the South Dakota Real Estate Commission.
