Larry Giddings graduated from Northern State Teachers College in Aberdeen in 1961 with a BA in Education with a major in Math and a minor in Physical Science. Taught in the Fort Pierre/Stanley County School District for 38 years. Teaching assignments included Algebra I & II, Geometry, Precalculus, Chemistry, Physics, General Science, computers, General Business, Photography and yearbook advisor. Taught Drivers Education during the summers at both Riggs in Pierre and Stanley County in Fort Pierre. Retired in 1999 and started teaching Basic Algebra at CUC in the summer of 2000.
