The tuition rate for all courses delivered through Capital University Center is the self support rate established by the Board of Regents (SDBOR).  This rate is in effect for all non-campus course delivery and is not subject to state laws that permit tuition reductions.  For the 2005-2006 school year the self support rate for graduate classes has been established at $240.20 per credit hour.  This amount reflects all tuition

This program is being delivered in a cohort model.  The face-to-face portion will be delivered one cycle only in Pierre and is dependent upon sufficient enrollment in all courses. This means that if the enrollment drops below a predetermined number, the program offering will not be continued.  If for whatever reason, an individual does not enroll in a course as it is offered in the cycle but the minimum enrollment is still met, it will be his or her responsibility to take the course on campus in Brookings. Courses will not be offered through independent study.
