Class Attendance Policy
Students unable to attend a class need to notify the instructor prior to class time.

Capital University Center Policy Information
The South Dakota Public Higher Education System and Capital University Center, Inc., provide students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin all the right, privileges and programs offered or made available to students at the Center. CUC does not discriminate on the basis of sex, color national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarships and other school administered programs.

Capital University Center and the universities reserve the right to cancel any course for insufficient registration, or to close a class to further enrollments if enrollment reduces class/faculty effectiveness. Also, if conditions should make it necessary, CUC reserves the right to change class meeting times and/or location. Registration by a student signifies an agreement to comply with all regulations of the partners involved with the course offering.

In order to comply with Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Capital University Center cannot provide students grades over the telephone. Students may check WebAdvisor or with their instructor for report of class grades.
